This September's Interactive Customer Experience Summit will feature live tours across leading business locations in Charlotte, North Carolina, according to a statement from event organizer Cherryh Cansler.
"The tours are a great way for our attendees to see some of the latest CX technologies in use," Cansler, who serves as VP, events, for ICXA parent company Networld Media Group, said via email. "It's also a fun way for everyone to meet one another."
Attendees will survey retail locations in Charlotte that offer state-of-the-art customer experiences, including:
Registration is open for the leading forum for customer experience innovation, featuring business leaders from leading brands like Hilton, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Farmer's Fridge, Big Chicken and many more. The ICXA Summit runs from September 11-13 and will be held in tandem with this year's Bank Customer Experience Summit, which runs September 12-13.
