Zyler, an AI-powered virtual try-on solution, has partnered with Goddiva, a fashion retailer, to launch an AI-driven Digital Dressing Room on the Goddiva website, according to a press release.
The Zyler system leverages size recommendation technology from Prime AI and enables online shoppers to virtually try on garments by supplying measurements and an optional head shot photograph.
Zyler's try-on solution is available as a SaaS offering with options including API or plug-and-play for retailers.
"We're really excited to be able to share this new technology with Goddiva customers. We're always looking for new ways to improve the customer experience and we understand that, while our images are designed to showcase our products, it's not always easy for customers to visualize the fit on themselves," Amber Domenech, head of E-commerce at Goddiva, said in the release. "We hope the combination of the virtually generated customer image alongside the accurate sizing recommendation will help improve customer confidence, increase conversions and reduce returns as customers will be less likely to order various styles or sizes to try on at home."
"We're proud to launch this exciting partnership with Goddiva and bring our virtual try-on technology to their customers," Alexander Berend, CEO at Zyler, added in the release. "We know how essential it is for shoppers to feel confident and enthusiastic about their online purchases. By enabling customers to see themselves in their chosen outfits, we're creating a more enjoyable, personalized and inclusive shopping experience that not only encourages informed decisions but also reduces returns and enhances overall satisfaction. Our goal is to make online shopping as seamless and fulfilling as possible."
