VuWall, a video wall control system and unified visualization solutions provider, has unveiled its highly secure PoE ControlVu touch panel, according to a press release.
Built into a 10-inch PoE tablet, the ControlVu-10-3 touch panel features 1920x1200 resolution and is based in a secure Linux operating system, while its Ethernet PoE port is its only connection option and it has no camera, aiming to promote control room security.
ControlVu is designed as part of the VuWall ecosystem and is managed by the TRx centralized video wall management software platform. It features a Control Panel Designer module to allow users to create custom interfaces without needing to write code.
"Our new ControlVu touch panel brings a host of advancements to the table," Mark Schmidt, chief technology officer at VuWall, said in the release. "We have redesigned our touch panel to deliver higher resolution, improved tactile touch, and most importantly, a highly secure design, where users can trust the integrity of their control room operations."
