Vention announces remote support for European customers

Vention, the creator of the cloud-based Manufacturing Automation Platform (also known as MAP), has announced remote support availability for European customers, according to a press release.

The program connects customers to on-demand live support from the Vention Customer Success Team from 9 a.m. CET to 11 p.m. CET.

The technology leverages the third-generation pendant technology from Vention, which incorporates a double built-in camera, voice streaming, human machine interface (aka HMI) screen sharing, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a 13-inch touchscreen display.
