Veesual, a Paris-based AI-powered virtual try-on platform, has added two features, switch model and multi-sizing, to its platform.

The features provide accurate fit and offer model diversity as well as increased shopper personalization, according to a press release. The technology is in play at fashion retailer Eileen Fisher.

Switch model allows shoppers to select a model that closely represents their body type, addressing the limitations of traditional product pages that typically display garments on a single model. This feature enables shoppers to view products from multiple angles — front and back — on their chosen model, delivering a realistic visualization of how a garment drapes and fits.

Multi-sizing, now live in testing on a limited selection of product pages, shows how a garment looks on a selected model in three different sizes: the recommended size, one size up and one size down.

Both features aim to enhance product pages, creating a more personalized and interactive experience that builds customer confidence and loyalty.

"Integrating these tools underscores our dedication to inclusivity," Blair Silverman, VP of e-commerce at Eileen Fisher, said in the release. "Customers now have the ability to visualize how items will complement their unique body shapes directly on product pages, enabling a more confident shopping experience."
