Toshiba inks distribution pact with BlueStar

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions has teamed with BlueStar, a distributor of digital identification, mobility, point-of-sale and security technology, to deliver hardware solutions to new customers and potential partners, expanding Toshiba's point-of-sale systems and self-checkout hardware products to BlueStar's network across the U.S. and Canada, according to a press release.

"Leveraging Toshiba's industry-leading retail technology, BlueStar's network of resellers is empowered to connect retailers with the innovative solutions they need to stay ahead of the competition and connect with consumers," Bill Campbell, senior vice president and head of global sales at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, said in the press release.
