TikToker complains about being shortchanged at Zara self-checkout kiosk

A TikToker recently posted a video of himself using a self-checkout machine at a Zara Miami store and complaining that he should get a discount for having to remove the magnetic strip from the hanger and bag the clothing himself.

The TikToker, Amir Mohamed, needed help from a store employee who also had difficulty removing the magnetic strip.

He goes as far as to say to buy clothes at the store you basically become a store employee.

He complains that the price of clothing continues to rise even as customers get less service.
