Talkpush intros AI interviewer

Talkpush recently introduced Sam, an AI-powered voice interviewer with natural language processing and machine learning. Sam can talk to individual candidates using generative AI, according to a press release.

Talkpush initially used interactive voice response technology to pre-screen candidates and since then launched a recruitment chatbot in Messenger in 2018 and a recruitment chatbot on WhatsApp in 2018.

Sam in particular can process candidate profiles, listen activity, interview candidates on any topic and is designed to be free of biases and prejudices. Sam also provides feedback and reports for companies.

Sam offers a variety of voice options or clone voices.
