Reveille Software, a monitoring software provider, has announced its integration with HaloPSA professional services automation software, according to a press release.
Designed around enterprise content management (ECM) and robotic process automation (RPA) applications and systems, Reveille Software's integration with HaloPSA allows management, prioritization, and automation of events that adversely impact intelligent automation application performance.
The integration also provides a single system to create, manage, and resolve service desk events, while facilitating real-time stakeholder understanding, including email, SMS text, mobile app push notifications, and live call routing with automated voice calls.
The integration allows insight and management of intelligent automation solutions systems that include ECM, RPA, and intelligent document processing (IDP) components.
"Reveille's platform integration with HaloPSA furnishes MSPs with unprecedented end-to-end management visibility and support of business-critical applications dependent on unstructured content," Brian DeWyer, CTO and co-founder at Reveille, said in the release. "This management and support includes applications delivered through Microsoft 365 and leveraging platforms like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot."
"It has been a pleasure working with the team at Reveille on their integration with HaloPSA," Morgan Aspinall, product manager at HaloPSA, said in the release. "MSPs using Reveille can now ensure their alerts are centralized and managed in HaloPSA, lending towards improved service levels and reducing reactive work."
