Planar names director of media, special projects

Planar, a digital signage firm, has named Tom Petershack as its director of media and special projects, according to a press release.

Petershack's duties will include oversight of virtual production, broadcast, and extended reality team; as part of a recent reorganization, the three areas were merged into a single group.

Petershack brings eight years of experience with the company, including more than four years serving as regional account manager for New York.
