Philippines city to install business processing kiosks

Davao City in the Philippines will install geographical information system kiosks early this year, according to a mindanews.com report.

A GIS kiosk will help the City Planning and Development Office with evaluations, business permits, building permits and a digitalized mapping system.

The GIS kiosks will hasten processing of business location capture, a requirement for business renewal permits.

The kiosks will be located in the Business Bureau office in the Sangguniang Panlungsod building.
