Ohio county to offer harm reduction machines

Residents of Ross County, Ohio, will have access to harm reduction products from six vending machines, thanks to the Hope Partnership Project, according to a Chillicothe Gazette report.

Products will include pregnancy tests, fentanyl testing strips, a hygiene kit, sharp object disposal and information on where to find help. The partnership will use donations and grants to help keep the supplies stocked.

Machines will be installed at the main Chillicothe Library Annex, Kingston Library, Richmond Dale Library, Northside Library, Frankfort Library and a still-to-be named location.
