Nalaxone, which reverses the effects of an opioid overdose, will be available for free in vending machines at three Stockton, California, locations: the Public Health Services department administrative office, 1601 East Hazelton Avenue; The San Joaquin County Human Services Agency first floor lobby, 333 East Washington Street and the Stockton Metropolitan Airport, 5000 S. Airport Way, according to a fox40 report.

The version of Nalaxone that is formulated for nasal administration is known as Narcan, according to the San Joaquin County Health Care Services Agency.
