The House of Representatives approved a law Thursday to oppose the Biden Administration's plan to eliminate a waiver from domestic sourcing requirements for EV charging stations under the 2021 federal infrastructure law, according to a Politico report. The Senate previously passed the law.
The Congressional Review Act allows Congress to eliminate administration rules.
The resolution is not expected to override Biden's veto, which requires two thirds of support in each legislative chamber.
