Today's on-the-go consumers are looking for high quality food in nearly all types of locations. Fortunately, self service equipment has evolved to offer top quality food at affordable prices.
Micro markets and vending locations have an advantage over food delivery for the convenience and cost, but many operators lack the technology, product and know-how to offer the latest hot food technology.
Panelists during the Self-Service Innovation Summit next week will share lessons learned around technology adoption, product selection and marketing to drive top-line and bottom-line results during a session, "Hot, Fresh Foods through Self-Service = Hotter Revenues." The session will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Dec. 6 at the Loews Coral Gables.
