Hai Robotics appoints Adrian Stoch as CEO Americas

Hai Robotics, a provider of warehouse automation, has named Adrian Stoch as its next CEO for the Americas, effective August 18, 2025.

The appointment is part of the company's strategy to expand its leadership team and meet increasing regional demand for its automated storage and retrieval systems, according to a press release

Stoch brings 30 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, with previous senior roles at GXO Logistics and Target. His background includes a focus on leveraging automation and AI to improve operational efficiency. The company highlighted Stoch's specialization in using advanced automation to drive operational excellence.

"My top priority will be tackling one of the toughest challenges in warehouse automation: reliability at scale," Stoch said in the release. "Customers don't want shiny innovation — they want practical solutions that deliver value and solve major supply chain problems."

His appointment is expected to bolster Hai Robotics' efforts in the Americas as the company seeks to grow its presence and deliver solutions to dynamic supply chains.
