Kiosks with telemedicine features such as telephony and video conferencing can help patients by reducing visit and wait times, according to a summary of the report on the company's website.

The kiosks can store and forward diagnostic data as well as provide reports and provide access to specialists remotely. The kiosks include tools for tracking vital signs and other health data.

Kiosks can also reduce the number of transfers from a medical facility to another off-site facility, reducing transportation costs and enabling for earlier diagnosis.
