Gladly debuts AI, automation CX platform Sidekick

Gladly, a customer service software supplier, has debuted its AI-powered customer service solution, Gladly Sidekick, according to a press release.

The software is designed to provide scaled customer service powered by AI to provide a brand's customers with tailored self-service experiences to complement Gladly Hero, the platform used for personalized human agent-powered support.

The solution results from Gladly's acquisition of Thankful, a generative AI and no-code automation software solution.

Customers using the Gladly family of solutions in recent years include Bombas, Breeze Airways, Crate & Barrel and others.
