Fintech Velera launches platform powered by ServiceNow, plans future genAI integration

Velera, a payments credit union service organization and an integrated financial technology solutions provider (formerly known as PSCU/Co-op Solutions), has launched an onboarding and project management platform powered by ServiceNow.

The platform is housed in Velera's Service Portal, the software is aimed at the payments space with a goal of providing credit unions with improved transparency and collaboration tools, along with building towards future generative AI tool development.

The system is a 24/7 self-service tool that streamlines an array of previously manual processes, allowing credit unions to access and view project demand and active project requests in real time.
