Dunkin' has partnered with HubKonnect, a data-driven local store marketing (LSM) tech company. The collaboration spans all 10,000 Dunkin' restaurants in the U.S. to provide AI until 2026, according to a press release.
HubKonnect will help Dunkin' win over customers and boost local sales and transactions in its restaurants, including 1,500 combination Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins restaurants, and over 1,000 Dunkin' franchisee networks.
"Our award-winning platform and LSM ecosystem will provide Dunkin' Brands with our leading artificial intelligence technology to leverage millions of data points to optimally connect and impact their communities and conversion all across the US locally and technologically," Michael Koch, co-founder and CEO of HubKonnect, said in the press release.
