The delivery robot market is set to surpass $29.8 billion by 2031, according to a report from SkyQuest, an IP-focused research and investment bank and Accelerator of technology and assets.

The sector will experience a CAGR of 25% during this period, SkyQuest said in a press release on the report's findings.

Highlights of the report findings include:

  • Growth will be driven by robots that can carry 11kg-to-50-kg (24.25-pounds to 110.23 pounds), a category most commonly used in warehouses, logistics centers, and e-commerce settings.
  • The semi-autonomous robots category will see major growth, in part thanks to increased safety.
