Cloudastructure appoints CEO

Cloudastructure Inc., a cloud-based video surveillance platform with AI analytics, announced that founder Rick Bentley will transition from CEO to the founder role. In his place, James McCormick will take over as CEO, according to a press release.

McCormick previously served as president and COO of LTA Research and Exploration LLC.

"I am honored to join Cloudastructure as its next Chief Executive Officer," McCormick said in the release. "In my previous experience as a member of the Board, I developed a deep understanding of the Company's product offerings, sales traction and product development roadmap. I believe the Company has a tremendous opportunity to continue to grow its customer base and to expand the leadership position it enjoys with its remote guarding offerings. I look forward to working with our sales, engineering and installation teams to enhance value to our customers and building on the legacy of innovation Cloudastructure has demonstrated in the past."
