Capacity, a support automation firm, has secured $26 million in a Series D funding round, surpassing its initial $5 million goal, according to Tech Crunch.

The round was led by TVC Capital and Toloka.vc.

CEO David Karandish highlighted the pressure on support teams to deliver more with fewer resources, while meeting rising consumer expectations.

Capacity's platform integrates with various tech stacks to automate support tasks and improve customer experiences.

The company aims to balance automation with human intervention when necessary, drawing comparisons to Zendesk and ServiceNow in terms of ease-of-use and automation capabilities.
