Retailers have expanded their marketing formats to include both online and physical touchpoints, including self-serve kiosks. Ensuring consistent customer experience across all of these touchpoints has emerged as a critical issue.

During the Self-Service Innovation Summit, Dec. 4-6 in Miami, a panel of retail and technology experts will explore ways retailers are addressing this challenge during a session, "Blue Ribbon Customer Service for Unattended Retail," scheduled for 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5 at the Loews Coral Gables.

Panelists include:
