The nominations deadline for the Automated Retail & Kiosk Innovation (ARKI) Awards has been extended to Friday, Sept. 12. This gives innovators more time to submit their groundbreaking solutions for a chance to be recognized as leaders in the self-service industry.

The ARKI Awards, formerly the Automation and Self Service Awards, celebrate the companies, technologies and visionaries shaping the future of automated retail and kiosks. These awards are a highlight of the Automated Retail & Kiosk Innovation Show (previously the Self-Service Innovation Summit), a premier event for professionals to explore next-gen sales models, enhance customer reach and discover cutting-edge strategies.

This year's awards will spotlight creative and impactful solutions that are not only making things easier but also helping businesses run smarter, offering personalized customer experiences and promoting sustainability and efficiency.

If you or your team have launched a game-changing solution on or after Sept. 1, 2024, you're eligible to submit your work across five categories:

• Best Automated Retail Innovation: For standout solutions in retail.
• Best Kiosk Innovation: For top-tier kiosk design and user experience.
• Best Payments Innovation: For breakthroughs in self-service payment technology.
• Responsible Innovation Award: For solutions that prioritize sustainability, accessibility, or ethical impact.
• Influencer of the Year:A no-fee category honoring an individual for their leadership and vision.
