Apple Home will support Matter-powered smart lighting thanks to updates in iOS 18 this fall, according to The Verge.

Matter is a compatibility standard for smart home devices and technology.

"We are one of the partners that are part of the launch of Adaptive Lighting on Matter products," Gimmy Chu, CEO of Nanoleaf, told The Verge in an interview. "For the past several months we've been doing extensive testing to ensure that the customers will have a great experience."
