Carv, an Amsterdam-based AI software firm focused on recruitment solutions, has received $10 million in a funding round, according to a press release.

Investors included Global Founders Capital (GFC), along with angel investors who previously invested in Slack, Miro, and Revolut.

The firm is developing AI-powered recruitment software designed to reduce the workload around administrative workflows in the recruitment process.

"We often talk about the future of AI in recruitment on an abstract level. With Carv we make it tangible," Barend Raaff, co-founder at Carv, said in the release. "Enabling recruiters to delegate the tasks they shouldn't spend time on to Carv is a first step towards a reality of integrated AI. One that delivers instant benefits, and simultaneously opens the door to the fundamental rethinking of the hiring process in a later stage."
