Digital signage and wayfinding firm 22Miles has announced secure AI features for the latest 22Miles Content Manager CMS software update (version 7.5), according to a press release.

The updates include the debut of AI Assistant, a customer-facing chat interface, with uses including product information and wayfinding; AI Backoffice, an internal AI for recognizing user identities and tailoring responses accordingly; and AI Command, a CMS backend interface for quick content editing and digital signage command execution.

"Our custom AI is a new paradigm in digital communication," Joey Zhao, CEO and Co-Founder of 22Miles said in the release. "Imagine a customer-facing chat that not only knows your brand inside and out but also communicates in a manner that's indistinguishable from a live person.
